I fell in love with the hospitality industry whilst working in 5* hotels during school holidays. Starting in Scotland, my passion for restaurants and constantly meeting new people has taken me from parking cars and polishing cutlery, to managing restaurants and bars in central London and Dubai.
For me, I think it is essential to work professionally, but believe you should never lose the fun involved in running restaurants!
